How long have you been in business?
The International Technology Center was established in 1999 as a non-profit research company.
What is your primary product or service?
The International Technology Center develops materials and processes related to new and emerging technologies. A key focus is on nanomaterials especially nanodiamond used in lubricants to increase fuel efficiency in cars, metal platting to improve wear resistance and plastics to increase mechanical properties
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The staff at the International Technology Center all have research backgrounds in materials science, chemistry and physics.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most of the technologies developed by the International Technology Center are not available locally, nationally or even internationally.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There are two locations. One site is laregly devoted to materials development and custom processing while the other site is devoted to atmopsheric pressure plasma technology
